3 reasons you don’t have a 6 pack.


A 6 pack is something that most people would enjoy having, especially on the beach, at a pool party, or in the SHOWER!  Well here are the 3 reasons why you don’t have a 6 pack.

1) Your diet is not good…or it’s not good enough.  Processed(non natural) foods especially carbohydrates are the NUMBER 1 KILLER OF ABS! Process foods are harder for your body to digest so they do not completely digested before you are eating another meal.  So essentially you are putting calories on top of calories, which equals more FAT.  You should be eating brown carbs, fruits and vegetables. Also don’t forget about your lean protein.

2)CARDIO PLEASE!  You don’t do enough cardio.  It takes cardio to burn fat and you can have all the ab muscles in the world but with all that fat on top, you will never be able to see those muscles. Do 30 mins of cardio a day 5 days a week, or a minimum of 3 days a week. If that’s too long do 15 mins of high intensity cardio. Check out the DVD CREATIVE WORKOUTS, OUT THE BOX, it’s great cardio!

3) Your not doing enough ABS exercises.  It seems pretty obvious, if you want a 6 pack you NEED to workout your abs.  But many people do not workout there abs hard enough or consistent enough.  Sometimes that roundish stomach is undeveloped muscle.  Just think about it, to get muscular arms and chest by bench pressing 200lb, to get those legs you squat 250lb, so you think you can get a 6 pack by doing a FEW CRUNCHES, laugh out loud it’s not going to happen. You need to spend 15 to 20 mins doing ab exercises 5 days a week.  You need to burn out those abs multiple times during that 20 min ab workout.  The formula is work the abs until you can’t do anymore reps, rest for 20 sec. then do it again, and repeat the same process for those 20 mins.
