Fitness Lifestyle vs. Fitness wannabees

What kind of car do you drive?  What kind of house do you live in?  What kind of clothes do you wear?  Are those things important to you…..?  If your car, and your house were taken from you how would you  feel?  Will you go about your day like nothing happen?  Will you miss them for a week then forget about it?  If you saw a opportunity to get your house and car back would you do everything within your power to get them back?  Why would you be so worked up over such materialistic things?  It’s because your house and car are a big part of your lifestyle.  It is something that we wake up every morning and expect those things to be around.  That is how we should feel about FITNESS! Even though life changes, we have kids, go to college, go to work, we should fight for fitness like we fight for other important things in our life, because FITNESS IS YOUR LIFESTYLE!  Fitness should be part of who you are and taking fitness away is equivalent to taking away a part of you.  Fitness is not something you give away, you fight for it and by all means necessary you maintain your fitness.  It’s not always perfect but it’s always in your life.  So if your schedule changed, your money changed, your location changed, there is NO EXCUSE, FITNESS WILL BE THERE, IT’S YOUR LIFESTYLE!
